London, UK (14 January 2018) – Photographer Stefan Neagu of Romania was Awarded Honorable Mention in Nude for the winning entries "Inflexion" and "Summer Breeze" at prestigious Monochrome Awards honouring Black & White Photography. The 2017 Monochrome Awards received 8942 submissions from 87 countries around the world.
